Plank & Hide is a rapidly expanding luxury brand in the home furnishings marketplace, offering uniquely authentic outdoor casual/ patio furniture and indoor game room products, such as pool tables, shuffleboards, bars, and game tables.
We are searching for a full-time Customer Experience Associate, who enjoys managing the needs of vendors, dealers, and end consumers. This person should be organized, proficient on a computer and using Excel/ Word programs, accomplished in dealing with day-to-day customer service concerns, and accustomed to providing prompt/ courteous/ and professional follow-up and resolution of all day-to-day customer service issues. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Order Management/ Customer Experience - Answer phone calls/ emails from dealers and customers - resolve outstanding concerns
- Sales Order/ Purchase Order Maintenance - Enter sales orders, confirm dealer/ customer price, issue purchase order to vendor, follow-up with all parties
- Inventory/SKU Maintenance - Item and sku maintenance with costing
- Freight Management - Book/ schedule/ manage international and domestic freight
- Warranty/ Replacement Part Claims - Process claims/ replacement part orders/ customer follow-up using SAAS warranty ticketing software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, Google Docs, Dropbox, and CRM tool
COMPENSATION
- Full-Time, Hourly, Commensurate to experience
